For effective emotional support, you need to talk to someone that you feel comfortable with. We find you a compatible member of our team to share your feelings with, and they visit you as often as you need them to. Practical support is also available from this person, including hygiene, cleaning, healthy eating, and financial help as well as daily living tasks. 

When you have recently come out of hospital, our work is aimed towards easing you back into normality, building your self-confidence, and becoming a part of the community. For example, if you have been given a mental health diagnosis, we are able to keep your mental state in check with our accommodating services. 

   

Socialising takes your mind off everyday stresses, so let us spend some quality time with you for your peace of mind. Whenever and wherever you want to go, we are able to facilitate your needs, from a walk in the park to a trip to the cinema or theatre. 

  

This is an organised service for you when you need your family most. Our helpful team are more than happy to provide transport to help you get to your desired location, and make sure that you are able to be with your family when life is complicated.

Unlike many other services like ours, we operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year, to provide ongoing support when you need a helping hand. Support is available in your home or wherever suits you, so you don’t have to worry. Our constantly available support system means that you are able to socialise and receive emotional and physical support at whatever time is best for you. 

  

Our service is stress-free and accommodating as we are not limited by time, and our team strives to be available whenever you need us. There is no waiting list, and our quality staff members are backed by many years of experience. All of our staff have enhanced CRB and reference checks, training, and vehicle business insurance, and we offer a long-term or one-off service to suit your needs. 

When transport is an issue, our helpful team is on standby to help you get to your appointment with us, or even a hospital visit if necessary. We provide constant support for you throughout the visit, and give you all of the help that you require. When you have received treatment and cannot travel alone, we make sure that you get home safe. Additionally, our cars are not modified for wheelchair access, and our vehicles are not customised in any way. 

  

After you have decided that you require our support and care, terms, conditions, and agreements must be signed. Together we will discuss how many days a week that you would like to receive support, and the kind of help that you desire. For your convenience, you are able to pay weekly or on an every other week basis, and a direct payment service is available.
